Tainted Grand Sanguine Weapons are the BIS (best-in-slot) weapons in the game.

They can be crafted by using the appropriate upgrade item on a Grand Sanguine weapon of the same type. Below, for example, the Tainted Grand Sanguine Claws Upgrade used on Grand Sanguine Claws results in Tainted Grand Sanguine Claws.

The upgrades themselves are obtained from the Tainted Bag You Covet, which can be dropped by the bosses Drakthorn and Elemental’s Lord.
