Wheel Of Destiny Gems - General Description
Update 13.40 introduced another expansion to the Wheel of Destiny.
A new tab has been added: Fragment Workshop:
The purpose of the workshop is to upgrade mods using discovered gems to unlock the full potential of your jewels.
You can get the jewels by dismantling discovered gems in the Gem Atelier Tab:

Passive Gems
There are a few general greater bonuses shared among vocations. Crit dmg/dodge/life leech/mana leech. As a custom way to slightly increase power of our character and make a dead content interesting. We've decided to make them work passively. Once gem grade is Enchanced to Bronze stage, it will start working as passive gem. You don't need to possess this gem not have it active in the wheel of destiny.

Divine Empowerment
- spell works like utito, there is no longer floor spawned and there is electric animation to indicate buff active
Positional Tactics
- when paladin is sorrounded by monsters, above 4 monsters (5-8) close to paladin additional healing magic level buff is activated. 5 monsters - 1 healing mlvl, 6 monsters - 2 healing mlvl, 7 monsters - 3 healingmlvl, 8 monsters - 4 healing mlvl. This nearby creatures check works similar to knight "battle instinct"

- grenade explode after 1s (down from 3s on RL)
