You can trade

supreme tokens for coins from the NPCs
Shady Traders are located to the right from exit in casino island.
You can get interim and supreme tokens by selling your unused gear to Interim Smith and Supreme Smith NPCs.

Numbers: Describe the amount and how you play, example: 10k 5 - means 10000 on number 5
Odd or Even: Describe the amount and how you play, example: 10k odd - means 10000 on numbers: 1,3,5
